  ⭐☆☆☆☆ (Zero stars if possible) I am extremely disappointed with the service at this UPS Store. The employees were very rude, unprofessional, and completely incompetent. Basic customer service was nonexistent, and instead of being helpful, the staff had an attitude that made the experience frustrating and uncomfortable. I don’t understand how a company as large and well-known as UPS allows its employees to treat customers this way. There was no courtesy, no willingness to help, and no professionalism at all. This was easily one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. I would not recommend this location and will not be returning.

  When I have walked in the workers are always friendly but they need to get their act together, especially in light of how much they charge for box rentals. They can only take PO box rental payments from one terminal & all staff are not trained in how to take the box rental payments and staff has told me to come back another time on numerous occasions over the years. I no longer live close and am trying to maintain my box the rental which is now stressful because it is delinquent- Ive tried to call on the phone twice this month and I was was told to call back another time when they are less busy and this morning Dec 31 now that holidays are over I tried to call three times and was hung up on each time!!! Come on get your act together!! I'm frustrated enough to warn others off this location. I need to take care of my box payment and get my mail forwarded. Also box renters used to be able to pick up their mail separately from the big line now we have to wait. As soon as I make my permanent move I'm ditching this place.

  My outgoing international package did not get picked up for days after drop off !!!! No contact, no explanation until I go visit their store.

  If I could give them zero stars I would. Absolutely zero customer service skills and ZERO urgency. I was waiting in line for about 15 minutes and the line kept growing until there was about 12 people in line. Only one guy working the counter. The old guy (who I assume is the owner or manager) saw the line growing but kept moving the same three boxes back and forth in the back to look busy and avoid coming to help. Then he took out the trash, which definitely could’ve waited until after helping the line of people. Priority should be helping the customers, not avoiding them.
