The first time I interacted with him I thought he was just having a bad day, but after my 4th visit I’ve come to see he’s just not a nice person. Based on the numerous reviews commenting on the bad customer service over many months and multiple different employees, the owner seems to struggle with hiring the right people and training them. Maybe he needs to work with a consultant or get training on how to do this because there numerous people are saying they’re going to a different location due to being treated poorly at this one.

- AAAlfredo AntoineJan 26, 20261.0Absolutely clueless workers. Stood in line for 10 minutes while they tried to help clueless individuals and head the blind leading the blind. Eventually just left. All I needed to do is scan in a package, but of course this is the one UPS store that doesn’t have a separate scanner for people to do on their own.
