- JEJonna EnnisFeb 1, 20261.0I had a deeply uncomfortable and humiliating experience at this store. I went in to ship an eBay sale and needed professional advice on packaging, but the man working was incredibly rude. Instead of helping, he kept repeating "Do you want a box or bubble wrap?" in a voice loud enough that everyone in the store stopped and stared. When I finally chose a box, he barked at me to go get it myself. His tone was so dismissive and public that I told him he was embarrassing me and I walked out. I ended up going to the UPS Store on Nordahl, and the difference was night and day. They were kind, professional, and gave me the exact information and help I needed (the same great service I’ve received from FedEx). I’ll be avoiding this Twin Oaks location from now on.

This time, I came in the evening and experienced extremely rude behavior from some of the staff. I waited to speak with a young gentleman—unfortunately, I did not get his name—who was much more approachable and respectful. He took the time to explain the extra charge for the product I was returning without any attitude, which I truly appreciated.

I ten to stack my returns and between pulling up one package and a new QR code which I’ve already gotten prepped on my photos they will literally tell me to hurry up or go back to the end of the line. I couldn’t be more prepared and in many cases I’ve already waited 20 min. I lived in Carlsbad before this off poinsettia and the tean there is incredible. They would offer to come to my car to get the packages. Night and day. This location is awful and sadly more convenient.
