This time, I came in the evening and experienced extremely rude behavior from some of the staff. I waited to speak with a young gentleman—unfortunately, I did not get his name—who was much more approachable and respectful. He took the time to explain the extra charge for the product I was returning without any attitude, which I truly appreciated.

I ten to stack my returns and between pulling up one package and a new QR code which I’ve already gotten prepped on my photos they will literally tell me to hurry up or go back to the end of the line. I couldn’t be more prepared and in many cases I’ve already waited 20 min. I lived in Carlsbad before this off poinsettia and the tean there is incredible. They would offer to come to my car to get the packages. Night and day. This location is awful and sadly more convenient.

In the beginning it was a bit rough on the edges, but I can honestly say that they have turned their customer service right around and are super friendly, not to mention some of the hardest working people I know here in town.
