  Wanted to print a document. Rep said to send an email, wait 10 mins and use self service machines. Two clerks, nobody in the store, go figure. No help

  I am frustrated with this store because I drove over from other FedEx after I was told that this store does have more selection of boxes in varying size. When I arrived and they don’t have a box in stock. I am pissed off for wasted my time and gas.

  Sent an expensive radio to Icom for repair, packed it with bubble wrap and foam, FedEx destroyed it. Looks like they dropped it off the truck a few times, they don’t care shipper beware. They also charge you a ridiculous amount for shipping only to destroy your valuable items.

  Terrible service wanted to do pack and ship, told me it would take a week before package would be sent out. Packed it myself paid $170 to ship 50 lb. via 7 day ground. I told her I had a Fed Ex account and I checked online and it showed it to be $50. I asked her so shipping calculator is not accurate and she said yes. Seems like a rip off scam to me. Shipper beware. I spent all that money and the package arrived destroyed, they must have dropped it off the truck a few times, so much for my $1,500 dollar radio. Big loss for me.

  Came in bright and early maybe I arrived too early or black people aren’t wanted either way I had the unfortunate experience in having Janet help me. Every question I asked her she was rude and condescending. I asked her first do they take cash for the printer she said no and that was a long time ago, and I can see on machine that’s it’s card only?! I told her I hadn’t noticed, I didn’t bring the right credit card so I knew I had a card that had at least $5-10 on it. So I ask her can I do $5 she said yes, whatever you don’t use it will go back to card. So I used it and tried to request more jobs but it timed out. Well now I had to go and ask Janet for help, which I wasn’t looking forward to, I ask her can we just print from the screen we’re on, and that’s when she told me I shouldn’t be printing using the option to put on glass I need to do it the other way because its smarter! I tell her either way it should be able to print correct? She says I need to put my credit card back in and oI told her it’s approved my card now 2 times, can’t she just print from the screen we’re on, she still wouldn’t answer my question. So I instead my card again, well now it’s declining. So I asked her about her previous statement about the money coming back to the card she now says it will take 24hrs!! OMG I told her you did not say that. So she keeps repeating the fact she always tell people the same thing but she was helping 2 people at the time, so I figured she made a mistake, well no. Since I didn’t record her saying it, she indicated their is no way I can actually prove it. I not going to stand there and argue with a child, so I wrote her info down and I can assure I will be sending my complaint to head quarters. You can’t just talk to people any kind of way and then give them bad info and tell them to go away. It doesn’t work like that, but I can assure if I had of been white or her nationality she wouldn’t have treated me the way she did. Anyone going to this establishment please lidten up all races and nationalities are not accepted here, and if you do tho try not to get JANET to help you, she hates her job and it’s very noticeable. I’ll make sure to pass this along to corporate. Have a great day, because I plan on too!!
