I work for a manufacturing business close to this FedEx location and stop by a few times a week to ship both domestic and international packages. Kacie and Thomas always go above and beyond to make sure everything is handled with care and accuracy. Their customer service is consistently outstanding—friendly, professional, and attentive. On a few occasions when my company had situations that required extra attention, Thomas not only investigated the issues thoroughly but also took the time to call me personally with updates on his findings. That level of follow-through is rare and so appreciated. Kacie and Thomas are truly the reason I continue to use this location regularly. They make the shipping process smooth, reliable, and stress-free. Highly recommend this FedEx location, especially thanks to their incredible team!

FedEx Is Costing Me Time, Money, and Patience – UPS Never Did This I’m a business account holder FedEx talked away from UPS with promises of better rates, better service, and an easier shipping process. The rates are lower – but that’s where the benefits stop. My actual experience has been a constant headache. .. if you checkout the other 1 star review it sounds like we have a similar issue with the same FedEx person at this location. Two nearly identical incidents at the San Marcos FedEx location have convinced me this switch is a mistake: Incident #1: We dropped off a multi-box shipment. One box – perfectly sealed – wasn’t a perfect cube because it was stuffed full. The counter rep refused to take it unless I bought one of their larger boxes. (UPS and FedEx pickup drivers have never had an issue with this.) I agreed just to keep things moving. Then they called to say a label on another box wouldn’t scan and refused to reprint it – even after speaking to a manager. UPS would have reprinted the label on the spot for a business client. Because they refused, the shipment couldn’t go out. I asked for the already-checked-in items back so I could ship the order whole, and for a refund of the box they pressured me into buying. I’m still waiting for that $11 refund, months later. Incident #2 (Today): My employee drops off another multi-box shipment. One box has a tiny corner ding. The same rep refuses to take it, suggesting again I buy one of their boxes to put my box inside. UPS? They’d just ship it. The result: Every trip to this location turns into a sales pitch to buy unnecessary packaging, a refusal to problem-solve basic shipping issues, and a waste of my time. This is not “better service” – it’s obstruction that disrupts my business flow. FedEx corporate – you have 10 business days to contact me directly. I will not waste hours in your phone maze telling this story over and over. You have my name in your system. If my business matters, reach out. If not, I’ll cancel this account and move all shipping back to UPS, where my business ran smoothly for years without petty roadblocks. For other businesses considering switching from UPS to FedEx: Think twice. The “lower rates” aren’t worth the lost time, aggravation, and constant upselling.

Tried to drop off a large package that was already received from FedEx shipment that I was returning due to damaged goods inside. The girl would not allow me leave it. Called back and asked the same girl if I could give it directly to the driver and she refused. Item met criteria on FedEx website. Took to another location and was not an issue.

Not too knowledgeable on some of the basic things. I had to go to another FedEx store to ship.
