They are a bit understaffed so avoid the lines by printing out your shipping labels beforehand and setting them on the counter. Overall, an A+

I was sent a package that was guaranteed 2 day delivery but 4 days have gone by and I have not seen or heard anything. The website said they received the package 2 days ago and it went out for delivery but it was not updated and still says my package is on the truck to be delivered. Spent 25 mins on the phone with a robot who only after that amount of time told me that tracking was "currently unavailable".
