  I took my Amazon return here and the person who helped me was gruff with an attitude and just about crushed my return box while processing it. When I asked for a receipt I was told they don't give out receipts any more for Amazon returns. I stood in line to ask the manager why I wasn't able to get a receipt and he totally ignored me while the continued a personal conversation with the person at the cash register. This store definitely needs some training on customer service.

  Came here because of the staples baddie !! Love everything I got , shocked to see alot of stuff outside of just office supplies so that was cool !! Everyone should come here , its soo relaxing

  Probably the worst customer service I have never received. Drove 20miles to pick up an order just to find out it was scheduled for delivery.......I asked the associate if he could cancel the order and he said he didnt lnow how and told me to wait for someone else. This someone else came and stated the obvious, my order was a delivery order and he couldn't change it.....I asked him if he could check the inventory for the items considering I was already there.....he told me there was nothing he could do and "please step aside so I can help someone else...." excuse me? I was never helped to begin with...I called customer service to handle the misplaced order and verified with them that the store actually had what I came for....so i went back in to the store to look for the items....I couldn't find them....I asked the same associate to look on the computer he just flat out wouldn't....said if its not back here we don't have it...the internet is wrong sometimes, I can't help that......yeah you can, its called inventory....otherwise known as work......never once did he look on the isle or anything just stood behind the counter all smug and lazy.....I actually found what I was looking for although $10 more....weird...the register attendant helped with the price adjustment and I went about my way.....

  Took a PDF file in to be printed. They selected to small of a coil to hold it. Now when I get half way through the document it doesn't fold over for easy reading. Thought about taking it back to re do but they probably wouldn''t. So if you are getting documents printed tell them to use the proper size coil. Almost impossible to read the second half. I got a response to this with an offer to come in. I did and the print supervisor (who had taken my original order) looked at the print job and agreed it was unsatisfactory. They redid it and even offered a rebate. Nice job.

  This store is excellent. Despite usually having only 1-2 front end staff, they hustle and somehow manage to take care of everyones needs quickly and efficiently. I come here at least twice a week and have had great experiences every time.
