  Terrible service, lose packages, false delivery windows and overall not a good company anymore. Makes sense why they’re going out of business need to merge with someone who can actually deliver things correctly!

  Terrible customer service. I asked the staff to place my return packages in mailers and attach the labels because the two packages were almost identical, and I didn't want to risk the labels getting mixed up. Instead, they placed the packages and labels on the back counter to be packaged later. This has happened to me before, and my packages ended up getting mixed up, which is why I made the request in the first place. What made the experience worse was the response from the employees. The woman assisting me and a tall older man with white hair behind the counter laughed and made dismissive comments such as, "Oh, come on! We're UPS, we know what we're doing!" Regardless of where you work, mistakes can happen, and customers should be treated with respect when they're simply trying to avoid a problem. It's not unreasonable for a customer to want a little peace of mind, especially when mistakes do happen. I took my other package and left. For reference it was not busy at all. I was the only customer in the store at the time.

  I had a package held for pick up there since it’s an access point. UPS app showed it was delivered there. I showed the Indian lady the information and the first thing she said was “are you sure it was delivered here?”Again I showed her the app and said this the location I picked. She “looked” for my package all of 2 seconds before she said “you have to call this number to figure out where your package is because we don’t have it.” Long story short, I called the number to have a local UPS supervisor confirm that my package was indeed there and that the underlying label said “smartshopper” and then my name was below. There was a label slightly above the original one because this is what UPS used to have the package rerouted to the UPS Store. This could have been avoided if the person at the store had used the tracking number I gave to verify the package instead of trying to gaslight me into thinking I didn’t send the package there. *This was about to be a 1 star review but I’m giving it 2 stars because the young guy who was there the next day was very nice and helpful.
