- JKJ KJan 2, 20241.0The overall communication from USPS staff was marked by a notably poor speaking tone. The personnel exhibited a lack of courtesy and seemed indifferent to customer concerns. Instead of addressing inquiries with a helpful and respectful demeanor, their responses were curt and dismissive. It was disheartening to encounter such a negative attitude, as effective communication is key in providing satisfactory customer service. The combination of subpar assistance, extended wait times, and an unsatisfactory speaking tone painted a disconcerting picture of the USPS experience, leaving me with a distinct sense of disappointment and frustration.
- KKKay KaayMar 15, 20221.0Very poor experience, went to this post office to ship one small package . The USPS representative was that was helping me was Ms Sharon. Ms Sharon told me that it was too late to add additional insurance to my shipment even though she was still inputting the information on the computer and i had not paid shipping charges yet. I asked Ms Sharon to start over so we could add sufficient insurance to protect my shipment and she got aggressive and argumentative. I cautioned her about her customer service and she said she did not care . So I requested to speak with her supervisor . I spoke with the supervisor and explained the situation. The supervisor was much more professional . I also know one other person that experiences this same poor service from Ms Sharon, I am not sure if there is a mental health issue associated with Ms Sharon but if that's the case Ms Sharon should not be in the front dealing with customers.

My wife and I were unclear about the instructions to mail a document and we approached her asking her politely. From her use of words to the tone of her voice. Everything was improper and unprofessional and unbecoming of a civil servant’s conduct. Even a teenager in McDonald’s has better customer service than this lady.
