So unorganized shouldn't have to wait that long if someone knew how to do their job,what a waste of my valuable time.

My wife and I were unclear about the instructions to mail a document and we approached her asking her politely. From her use of words to the tone of her voice. Everything was improper and unprofessional and unbecoming of a civil servant’s conduct. Even a teenager in McDonald’s has better customer service than this lady.
