- LNLuc NguyenJan 13, 20261.0The front worker Ezzat was extremely rude to me when I asked him a question. He didn’t bother to look at the requirements of what needed to be sent to the destination. I felt rushed to send my item and he wouldn’t print out another receipt for me. This was a terrible experience for me as a customer.
- AMA J MSep 5, 20241.0the clerk was unnecessarily rude to the person behind me in line. i believe that customer had made a mistake because she didn't know better. instead of explaining kindly, the clerk spoke to her in a condescending tone. i watched her interact with 2 other customers, and she only treated that 1 person poorly.
