- MLMichael LimOct 29, 20251.0Don't use this location. Staff is new and untrained. Manager/owner lies or is so overworked she can't remember what took place. I brought in a shipment for overnight delivery delivery to Hawaii on 10/29/25. I stressed that it needed to be there overnight and was told it would get there overnight but later in the day. A day later I got an update saying the package wouldn't be delivered until the following day. When I called back I was put on hold for over 20 mins, gave up, called back and was put on hold for another few mins. Called back an hour later and the manager is now saying she told me it wouldn't be delivered next day. Now I'm out $330.
