  I had wonderful experience at the UPS store in San Leandro on Lewelling Blvd. I went in to have a few copies made of a form and the customer service I received was superb along with it being quick and convenient. I would recommend my family and friends to this UPS store location !! I rate it 5 Stars !!

  This place should be avoided at all costs. They tried telling me my cardboard box wasn’t thick enough and then wanted to sell me a plastic bag for $5 to “protect my box”. Sad to say but I guess this is why one is working at the ups store for a living.

  This location lacks professionalism and basic customer service skills. The manager was very rude and was raising her voice at me multiple times when I was approaching her in a friendly manner. It seemed like she was taking her personal problems into the work environment and lashing out on customers. She even decided to raise her voice at my underage daughter. If this is the type of environment UPS strives for she’s the perfect fit. Basic human kindness isn’t hard to give, go to other locations unless you want to have the lady manager yell at you.

  Used to be a good store but no longer is unfortunately. Just go to Fedex or USPS, unless you have time to wait an hour +. Store is built for Amazon Returns only. Manager is the only person who can do anything important like ship packages LOL. Been here 3x since November and there’s always 4-5 people working but the manager seems to be the only person who can do anything. Poorly run location as she should train another person. It’s basically quick if you have an amazon return, but if you want to get you deposit box key, run fingerprints, or have a box to ship through their advertised UPS Shipping and Mailing Service - you better hope your shoes are comfortable because it’ll be an hour. TLDR : Nice Team but poorly run. Only focus on easy work. Manager needs to be a manager and run the store well by training/hiring others as it’s clear they want to be in control of it all. I miss previous ownership but it’s hilarious hearing people wait in line talking about (and then leaving for) USPS or Fedex
