  The store closes in 30 mins but she’s already counting the register doesn’t do anything to help I was like can I get my drop off receipt and she responded yea I’m closing the register girl there’s a long line can you close the register when you are CLOSED?? Get a different job lady

  The worst UPs store , rude staff and wondering why are they working there if they are not happy . Is tape be free as part of the customer service? And if you have to charge your customers don’t you at lease provide customer service with a pleasant attitude?

  Used to be a good store but no longer is unfortunately. Just go to Fedex or USPS, unless you have time to wait an hour +. Store is built for Amazon Returns only. Manager is the only person who can do anything important like ship packages LOL. Been here 3x since November and there’s always 4-5 people working but the manager seems to be the only person who can do anything. Poorly run location as she should train another person. It’s basically quick if you have an amazon return, but if you want to get you deposit box key, run fingerprints, or have a box to ship through their advertised UPS Shipping and Mailing Service - you better hope your shoes are comfortable because it’ll be an hour. TLDR : Nice Team but poorly run. Only focus on easy work. Manager needs to be a manager and run the store well by training/hiring others as it’s clear they want to be in control of it all. I miss previous ownership but it’s hilarious hearing people wait in line talking about (and then leaving for) USPS or Fedex

  Don't use this location. Staff is new and untrained. Manager/owner lies or is so overworked she can't remember what took place. I brought in a shipment for overnight delivery delivery to Hawaii on 10/29/25. I stressed that it needed to be there overnight and was told it would get there overnight but later in the day. A day later I got an update saying the package wouldn't be delivered until the following day. When I called back I was put on hold for over 20 mins, gave up, called back and was put on hold for another few mins. Called back an hour later and the manager is now saying she told me it wouldn't be delivered next day. Now I'm out $330.
