It seems there’s new ownership, and the service has improved significantly. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They even took the time to guide me on a couple of mailers I needed to send with customized addresses. Highly recommend their service, great customer care and a very positive experience overall.

- SSStaceyNov 21, 20251.0An Amazon return code was not coming up on my phone. The lady was no help when I told her that I couldn't get any service in the store. I had to leave and drive to another area of town and download the QR return codes. Upon my return to the UPS Store, the line was long and everyone was having the same issue as i had. However the young men helping the people in line showed them an internet code to download so they could get their return codes from Amazon. Now just a question, but why wouldn't the female worker have informed me? What a waste of time. I will do my returns at Whole Foods in the future.
