Every time I've visited, the same woman was working (and was the only visible employee), and truly...every. single. time...has ended up sending me to "a bigger post office." I've gone to Mission Viejo and Dana Point, or even Mission Wrap and Mail in San Juan Capistrano, and had much better experiences.
