  I had a really bad experience at this UPS location. I went in to send a mailer and clearly stated that I wanted the cheapest shipping option available I didn’t care how long it took to arrive. The store was messy and disorganized, which didn’t give me much confidence to begin with. Then I was quoted $40 to ship a 13.5 x 15-inch mailer weighing less than 2 pounds. That price immediately seemed excessive. When I got home, I looked up the estimated cost online and found that shipping something similar typically runs between $8–$15. Seeing that huge price difference made me feel like I was being taken advantage of or upsold despite being clear about wanting the lowest-cost option. Overall, the experience left me feeling like I was being scammed. I would strongly recommend double-checking prices or considering other locations before shipping from here.

  Needed a notary and a witness. Guy in front of me had 19 packages. 19 different address. Hadn’t gone online to prepare. But they still helped me in record time. So kind! Love this place!!!!

  An Amazon return code was not coming up on my phone. The lady was no help when I told her that I couldn't get any service in the store. I had to leave and drive to another area of town and download the QR return codes. Upon my return to the UPS Store, the line was long and everyone was having the same issue as i had. However the young men helping the people in line showed them an internet code to download so they could get their return codes from Amazon. Now just a question, but why wouldn't the female worker have informed me? What a waste of time. I will do my returns at Whole Foods in the future.
