- PSPati SMar 27, 20265.0My husband and I came in for a passport. Surprisingly, I was able to get an appointment in only 5 days, so that's why I chose Eastridge. It had the soonest appointment. Everything went very smoothly. Carmella the postal worker was great, and treated us with total kindness. She gave good advice and was very patient, even when I was having an issue (because I had made a mistake on the spelling of my middle name on my DL so they didn't match). She was friendly as well as humorous. It made the chore of getting a passport enjoyable. It's right next to JC Penny's, so park by the entrance to the right of Penny's. Parking was close, and lots of spots open (unlike when I've gone to the Oakridge Mall.)
