The venue has wide aisles and is accessible. The counters for prep work are accessible. Displays offer greeting cards. They also standard mailers and colorful mailers with legible prices and accesible height. The post office offers all mailing and shipping to domestic and international destinations and personal and business mailboxes. Free van accessible head in parking in private lot with adequate curb cuts.

- JLjun liuOct 14, 20251.0I had a very upsetting experience here with a staff member named Anthony. His behavior was extremely rude and unprofessional, and it clearly showed racial bias. When he saw my skin color, his attitude changed immediately — he asked me to write my address on a piece of paper, then kept me waiting while he helped other visitors who came after me. I was only there to pick up my package, but Anthony didn’t even try to check the tracking information. Instead, he told me (without verifying anything) that my package had been returned. When I asked to see the tracking record, he suddenly raised his voice, shouted that he had “no time to argue,” and told me to “go find the manager in the back.” Everyone in the room was staring at us — it was humiliating and completely uncalled for. The manager later checked and found that my package was actually still in my locker, not returned as Anthony claimed. His careless behavior and racist attitude almost caused my package to be lost, and the experience left me deeply hurt and anxious. People like Anthony should not be working in a diverse, multicultural community. No one should be treated differently or humiliated because of their race or appearance. This kind of discrimination is unacceptable.
