  Huyen and the rest of the team were friendly, helpful, and attentive. The place is always clean, easy to get to, park, and they do their best even when rushed with people. Appreciate the hours after 5pm too!

  Huyen is very helpful and friendly. Service is always efficient and I like that they have self service Amazon kiosk and that they are open on Sunday.

  Huyen is always super helpful and kind when i come with my endless Amazon returns hahaha. She and her coworkers are all super friendly and always welcome everyone with a smile. She also speaks Vietnamese so thats very helpful

  Visited this location on March 24 around 11:20am to drop off a pre- labeled package and receive a receipt. There were zero customers but two employees working on the same task. I walked in with a large package expecting to drop off and receive a shipping receipt. The two ladies did not acknowledge me and continued the conversation until I said hello. One of the ladies rolled her eyes at me and said, "Give us a moment" so I waited. Two minutes go by- no eye contact, slow movements, completely ignoring me. I went back to pick up my baby from the car with my partner and left the package on the floor. I re-enter and still no sense of urgency from the two ladies. Another employee (an Asian woman) walked in from the back room, saw that I was standing there with my baby and my package, looked at the two ladies ignoring me and signaled for me to come forward with my package. She seemed confused that the other employees were not helping me. This lovely employee helped me scan the package and gave me a receipt- a task that took less than a minute. She made pleasant conversation about my baby and we were out on our way. At this point, I was very frustrated because if the employees wanted to keep working on their task uninterrupted, they could have helped me immediately. Obviously, the store was not busy as I am the only customer. And my task took less than a minute. Due to the lack of urgency and unfriendly service from most of the employees, I will not be returning to this store. I'm unsure how this store received such glowing reviews.
