  I walked in just to use the computer to print something. There was no visible signage anywhere indicating there would be a charge just to use the computer. After logging in, I was automatically charged a $3 minimum fee, which was never disclosed upfront. To make things worse, the computer wasn’t even working properly, so I logged off without being able to complete what I needed. When I asked for a receipt, the staff told me they could not provide one, which is unacceptable for any paid transaction. They also said they couldn’t issue a refund or do anything about the situation, and that a manager might call me back—but with no guarantee. Overall, this felt very unprofessional: - Hidden charges with no clear notice - Non-functioning equipment - No receipt provided for payment - Staff unable or unwilling to resolve the issue

  i’ve been coming here often due to me owning a nursing school. returning uniforms(scrubs) for my students can be annoying. but these UPS theme always treats me with courtesy and smile, (queeny, james, deepty) are awesome. very professional. UPS you guys found a Gem on this store.

  Sorry, be prepared that we close right on time, possibly at 6:29, as we have our own atomic clock! Update: I got a standard reply from the store owner to understand the issue better. Yes, my review needs explanation. was there at 6:30pm but the employees inside did not even want to show an expression of sympathy, too busy chatting, and after few seconds signaled that they will not open it although it is likely that it was 6:30 still depending on which clock you can trust!!

  Extremely rude service. The lady who was working on 2/21/26 between 4:30-5pm has horrible customer service. My husband went to return an amazon item, he did not have a box so he said he will buy one. She then told him he has to pay her $20 to pack it, my husband said he will pack it himself (it was literally 3 bottles he needed to put in a box). she told him thats not how it works and he HAS to pay her to pack it. i KNOW that is false and the most absurd BS I have ever heard. I have always packed my own box. Then she crumbled the shipping label and refused to be of any help.
