Although, I go there often, I knew to wait for Lupe because she was helping another customer. Once she got to me she was beyond helpful and didn't hesitate to take her time to figure out what I needed done. She is the most knowledgeable employee there and is always helping out and guiding her co-workers and even upper management when they need it. It is great to know that I can always depend on her knowledge, help, patience and respect. Thank you!
