  I have been using this UPS for 6+ years now. I cannot recommend this place enough! The staff is incredibly courteous, kind and knowledgeable. The owner genuinely goes above and beyond to help customers—they bought card stock paper when they ran out of inventory and printed certificates for me. He even waited 20 minutes for me to count and get the school certificate prints sorted & also applied school discount. Their service is fast, high-quality, and they make Amazon returns super easy to drop off.

  I had a bad experience with the UPS store located at the intersection of Meridian and Redmond Ave when sending a gift to my niece, who was visiting Florida for ten days. I sent her a gift, paying for two-day shipping, but it arrived two weeks later, after my niece had already returned to South America. I requested that the gift be returned to me and that I be reimbursed for the shipping costs. They returned the gift, but only reimbursed me for half of the shipping cost after I had gone to UPS ten times. They always had an excuse for not reimbursing me the full shipping cost.
