  Employees don’t seem to want to work, was waiting with multiple other people for the doors to open, and no sign of any employees even 10 minutes after opening. About 8 people walked away.

  If those glowing two star reviews were not enough visit this store and be upset. The worst service you will ever find. Hlen Dang (manager) was rude and unprofessional. STAY AWAY!!!

  After moving near this location, I had two extremely unpleasant experiences. I will never return to this place and will use another UPS instead. The employees were very rude to me and other customers. Their facial expressions, tone, and reactions were all extremely arrogant and disrespectful. Moreover, they showed no willingness to help resolve customers’ problems, not even minimally, which made both visits very stressful. Even several days after my visits, I am still upset because of the extremely rude treatment I received. To see if my experience was only personal or if other customers had similar experiences, I read all the reviews on this website, going back as far as ten years. Shockingly, even in the reviews from ten years ago, the same problems I experienced were reported, and these issues have persisted without any improvement to this day. Many customers have rated this UPS as the worst store, saying they would never return, and some even expressed that they would give negative ratings if that were possible. In particular, two male employees — one older and one younger, with one reportedly the owner — treat customers in an extremely arrogant and rude manner. Their basic approach to customer service is unbelievably poor. Furthermore, the issues are not limited to customer service; many reviews mention being overcharged or subjected to unnecessary charges, even including deceptive or fraudulent practices. Based on my own experience and the consistent complaints of other customers, I believe it is necessary to inform the public of these problems to prevent further harm to consumers. Personally, I believe a store that operates at such a low standard of service and engages in unfair or dishonest practices should be closed.
