  I had to come in to print memorial cards for my mom, which has obviously been a really difficult process. Chad at the printing center made the experience so much easier than I expected. He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and walked me through everything without making it feel overwhelming. His friendliness and great customer service really stood out, especially during a time like this. I truly appreciated how kind and helpful he was throughout the whole process. Big shout out to Chad for making a tough day a little easier.

  So grateful for Print Service Specialist Tristan! His expertise has helped facilitate a legacy family photo project for my 97 year old Mum - with the utmost promptness and precision. He is the reason we continue to choose the Newhall Dr. store location in San Jose.
