I came in on what appeared to be a very busy print day & the lady at the print desk was very sweet - but told me she was still learning the print center. Got you girl, I'm here because I don't get it either (sorry, I didn't retain her name). Lol! I hung out until Chad got back from his well deserved lunch & it was worth the wait! He walked me through the options and I told him I had a deadline because of a flight the next day. He understood & promised it would be ready.... and it was. Not only was it ready, it was PERFECT - he did an awesome job. I left, realizing I didn't get his name so I called back to talk to the manager. I'm a firm believer in reviews for both complaints and praise! Buddy answered the phone (he was in the print shop background on both trips) & I gave him my review & collected some names to complete it. In a day of poor customer service & low performance this was a great experience and I thank STAPLES! This is proof that if a company cares they can definitely hire good employees. The problem is at the top!
