- ZZZxxxMar 16, 20261.0We have been a long-time user of FedEx services, but after this experience, we have decided that our company will no longer use FedEx moving forward. This incident has been extremely disappointing. Not only were we overcharged, but the overall service was highly unprofessional. The staff were unfriendly, unhelpful, and showed no sense of urgency despite our shipment being time-sensitive. Throughout the process, the customer service team kept shifting responsibility instead of resolving the issue. No proper solution was provided at any point. In particular, one staff member demonstrated a very poor attitude — rude, disrespectful, and lacking basic professionalism. This is unacceptable and reflects very badly on FedEx as a service provider. This experience has completely eroded our trust. Poor service attitude combined with overcharging is simply unacceptable. We will not be using FedEx again.

A staff member carelessly cut open my package and damaged my North Face jacket, then acted dismissive and refused immediate manager support. No accountability, no apology, and my shipment was delayed. Completely unacceptable customer service.
