- JEjohn ellisJul 15, 20235.0The Almaden post office (95120), Post Master" is the best. I had a missing package and he found it and delivered it to me personally. It doesn't get better than that.
- BMBrandon MannixDec 1, 20211.0Haven't been able to get my package that's been sitting there all week. The normal hours are short enough and now it's even worse. They aren't even open during the reduced hours posted on this sign. This isn't the first time it's just been closed for days at a time with no explanation.

I know during Covid everything is crazy but the attitude of Alex who is employee here was really disappointed me today. I love others employees but not this guy. He was rushing and push me out when I am not done with the service he provided even the customer behind me that said he was ok to wait until I finish. His (Alex) energy was really rude today, i feel sad and ashamed. I dont know if anyone from the USPS see and make improvements on service, but at least other customers will be aware of this guy.
