They knew the process well and were very patient and kind. This is probably the best USPS I’ve ever been to.
- CPC POct 10, 20255.0All around best USPS office in both of the South Bays (😉) I will go out of my way to conduct my USPS business here than any of the other offices in the San Jose, Santa Clara, Milpitas, Mountain View, Sunnyvale area. The staff is so friendly, very astute, and wear a smile on their face. I never feel any "I hate my job" vibes. And they are so nice to explain nuances of the US postal system to folks who are not familiar with it.

The other ladies are all very sweet at all times so they get 5 stars. Drop off with QR code makes life easier so love this feature. Asides from US & Foreign Holiday times the location is pretty good in terms of crowds of people seeking service. Sometimes their carriers don't even deliver mail or pick up requested parcels. Maybe they just throw away mail if they get tired?
