I was helped right away and my mailing questions were answered clearly without feeling rushed. The office was clean and well organized, creating a calm atmosphere even during a busy time. Shipping prices were exactly what I expected and felt fair for the service provided. Overall, this location runs very well and shows that good customer service still exists. On the day I dropped it off, I made sure there was s a clerk standing by watching. After 5 days of tracking it, I find out that my package was never scanned by the WG Post Office. So I went back to the WG post office and was assured by a clerk that it was on its way. I took a photo of his computer to document my visit. The package never made it to its destination, so I tried to file a lost claim but now it's elevated to a service claim since it involves the Willow Glen post office and not securing or scanning my package.
