service téléphonique pitoyable, dossier traité au relai, dernière communication lunaire (un coli n’a pas été envoyé je fais 6 reclamations uniquement pour le trouver et une 7ème pour la livraison)
nos services publics sont une honte.

This post office continues to amaze me. It sucks! Not just 1 person, several people sitting there dreading their work and having no problem showing. They want to sell you forever stamps, but they don't want you to use them. Every single time I attempted to use, I encountered their foul attitude, execuses and outright rude sometimes. Yesterday it was ridiculous. I gave up yesterday and just bought the entire postage even though I had some forever stamps because she refused to sell me extra 47 cents or 50 cents. On the way out I remembered a question for my certified mail (will I be able to see the signature who signed it). She refused to answer and continued walking away saying "I already told you everything you need to know about yourcertified mail".
How ridiculous. The notion I can't ask a second question is unbelievable like was she even living in US? At the time, another employee walked in and asked what my question was. The earlier woman rushed back to block her coworker to answer me, saying loudly "I already told her everything she needs to know". Her anger and ill mannerism all resulted from not wanting to sell me 47 cents stamps and wanting me to put 73 cents (forever value now) instead.
Either this is an incredibly rude person with no sense of normal human interaction and manners, or she was about to go postal. Either way, this post office sucks.
Not the first time.
