The older lady named Farhit? With glasses is on a complete power trip here and completely unhelpful regarding service.
She tried to charge me for using tape that everybody was using but nobody else was charged for. She also didn’t tell me how to label my poster I was sending. I don’t come to the post office often so I asked how to do these things and she didn’t tell me a single thing to help. She literally said to just do it. My cousin noted she had this same type of attitude with the people she helped after me, while I wrote on the poster and used the tape on the table.
When I was helped by Dieu, who WAS helpful, she tried to police our transaction and tell Dieu how to charge me with the tape that literally the entire post office was using to send off their items. It took my cousin asking this lady the same question of if they were charging the same people for using the tape for her to finally agree that no they weren’t and they weren’t going to charge me for the tape. Idk why she had a personal vendetta against me and everybody she helped; my cousin and I heard how she spoke to other customers and it’s atrocious as somebody else who has done customer service facing jobs before.
I made sure Dieu knew how helpful she was and kind though. Don’t come see Farjit or whatever her name is.

Opened a new P.O. Box and made the payment. Then they told me the keys are not available. I came back again but the keys are still not available. USPS you are kidding me.
