Delmy, who was working at the front promptly fixed the issue and explained the differences between priority express mail and international registered mail. She also spoke highly of her coworker which shows she has great character. Very humble, patient, and positive. I had made multiple mistakes and changed my mind so she issued a refund. The next day I came back to do priority express mail again. She greeted me with a smile. She was calm and courteous throughout. She guided me through the process swiftly and was an absolute pleasure to work with. This is the type of customer service everyone desires but never talks about. 10/10 experience!
