I had to make an international delivery. I had initially gone to some other cashier who made a mistake. Delmy, who was working at the front promptly fixed the issue and explained the differences between priority express mail and international registered mail. She also spoke highly of her coworker which shows she has great character. Very humble, patient, and positive. I had made multiple mistakes and changed my mind so she issued a refund. The next day I came back to do priority express mail again. She greeted me with a smile. She was calm and courteous throughout. She guided me through the process swiftly and was an absolute pleasure to work with. This is the type of customer service everyone desires but never talks about. 10/10 experience! My godmother was with me and was very fond of her

Came to this post office with 2 boxes and used express shipping. When I was in the front line, there was a Viet old man with glasses just walking around doing nothing and giving me a look that he didn't want to serve me just because I look Viet. There was a long line behind me but since I'm in front he does nothing. I asked for a pair of scissors to cut the tape and the box but he said they don't have it. I walked out and had to run to buy scissors and came back. Then we were using the express shipping tape to tape around the box, and he was pointing at us and said “Oh, are they using express shipping?” like we don't have money for that. Then I asked another worker if they had scissors there and he said yes. Earlier, I was hearing him yelling in Viet with women. Avoid this worker
