    The experience is very unpleasant. My mail is usually held for one to two weeks before it is delivered to my address. The lady at the pickup window is very unprofessional. When I ask additional questions, she becomes annoyed. On one occasion, I asked a couple of clarifying questions, which slightly delayed her lunch break. She said something like, “It’s supposed to be my lunch time now.” I was shocked. I was the last person in line before her lunch break, and she should have helped her customer instead of complaining that I delayed her lunch.

    Ordered $700 shoes that passed through San Jose, via priority mail. The shoes were updating rapidly before then. San Jose dropped the ball entirely and my $700 priority package has not been updating for over a week. Boycott them.

    To the nice lady who closed the shutter on me 11/01/25 completely ignoring me standing outside with a pickup slip - i was there well within the lobby hours to pickup a package, for the second time after usps failed to deliver. I hope you have an excellent weekend! ❤️

    This branch has been screwing up my mail for the better part of a year. I have reported at least 5 instances of missing mail. In one instance, the supervisor had to personally inspect all the mailboxes, only to find that it was delivered to another mailbox instead of mine.

    I purchased a mail key in June. It’s October. I visit in between to collect any mail that I’ve been missing for the past FOUR MONTHS.. and they tell me “we’ll contact you when it’s ready.” Rightttt..
