When I ask additional questions, she becomes annoyed. On one occasion, I asked a couple of clarifying questions, which slightly delayed her lunch break. She said something like, “It’s supposed to be my lunch time now.” I was shocked. I was the last person in line before her lunch break, and she should have helped her customer instead of complaining that I delayed her lunch.
