When it was almost my turn, one window was closed and another employee said they were leaving for the day. I was told I was “not ready” because my return address wasn’t written yet. I understand it was close to closing time, but customers who arrive during business hours should still be served professionally.

And she also gave herself a happy green face rating for herself from the last customer right in front of me. Shame!

She often blamed any issue on me, even if it was not my fault. In addition, my mail is always bent or "broken" which has never happened to me before at other locations. I have almosted Karened out and asked for the manager multiple times. Try not to go here and spare yourself the pain.

Even when there is a long queue waiting, she continues to work at a very slow pace. This has caused significant delays and dissatisfaction.
