Despite USPS being at fault, he seemed unwilling to acknowledge the mistake or help resolve the issue. I hope USPS improves training for professional customer interactions.

- XHXiaomeng HuangApr 24, 20231.0I drove 30 min to this office because of its late hours. The door is closed during business hours with a note saying “ lunch break till 4:20 pm”. I have to wait for 40 min to drop off a box. The staff was pretty impatient. It’s such a terrible experience.

You have to go INSIDE the tiny little Shopping Mall, the tallest structure on Lincoln, big yellow building, and it’s in the back (if you enter off of Lincoln) and in the front if you enter through the parking lot. Just next door to petco express, that big building!
