    I would give 0 start if I could. Terrible attitude. I was there to submit passport application at 11:30. Staff just told me to wait. Then I waited for half an hour and he told me to go home. Never try to speak more than one sentence to me, and never explained why. The supervisor refused me to file a complaint. Avoid this place.

    The drop box for larger sized packages has been broken ( and taped shut) for well over a year now. The staff do not know when this box will be fixed, if ever. The drop boxes outside the PO are hopeless - only razor thin letters accepted.

    Refused to print our label. Had to go to the postal annex next door. Postal annex said they can print labels but refuse to do it when busy.

    In here to get some priority Mail packages ready for sending. I waited in line to ask to use the priority mail roll of tape but was told they don't have that anymore and was forced to buy another roll of tape. Packaged my item ready for delivery waited in line again only to be told that if I use a QR code I have to go and use the blue machine in the lobby. The lady politely said that she can't make QR code labels at the register. Please do better to have supplies in stock and have label printers working

    Many mails have been lost and fraudulent transactions have occurred on my credit cards arriving from this post office. This post office is not helpful at all to resolve the issues.
