    Apparently they have no way to cancel if they scan the wrong bar code. They just tell you not to worry about it and ignore it on your receipt because it won’t start tracking. Very bizarre.

    Very rude customer service. The service person was just irritable and then annoyed that I wanted to choose some pretty stamps. To top it off, he overcharged me. The manager just gave a useless, boiler plate response. They certainly don't help themselves in keeping USPS off the chopping block.
