    Normally I have no issues but this really pissed me off. Returning an item that has a QR code and specifies packed in ANY BOX. I come waiting for them to scan and they told me to go the kiosk. 100s of times I never been told that even thr people behind me started to line up behind me. So I did scan the code for the sticker. Then she asked me place it on the counter. Keep in mind she only asked me to go to the kiosk because she was doing something. Every employee that I interacted 100 timed with before always stops what they're doing to help people. I don't know why this is any different. Anyways she looked confused and asked if this was the original box. I said yes. The only reason she is asking is because it has small diagrams on it. However the return directions online say ANY BOX, any ups store, just scan the QR code. She starts saying and claiming it is not the original box and it may delay shipping. That sounded so ridiculous because I have shipped many returned items back before doing thr exact same thing. Any box, QR code they scan and done. But now after being told to use kiosk and her claiming its not box, she's telling me it will be delayed or not shipped? No thats not right. It's not like the return said go to specific UPS store. It literally said any before 2/1/26. Now if she didn't want me to put the sticker the box I had and prefered to put that box inside another box, thats a different story and is a reason I wanted to go have them scan the QR code normally instead of using the kiosk. The kiosk just scans the sticker shipping label and receipt. It doesn't disclose anything on putting it on the box I had or put that box inside another box they have or if usp has to facillitate that themself for whatever reason. That is the reason why I prefer them physically scanning it. If they didn't want me to put the sticker on it, the kiosk doesn't say that nor did they disclose that to me whatsoever. I personally think that black girl is just being difficult because the box the item came in, had a diagram outside of it. It doesn't affect the shipping label, its taped, and its boxed in any box, so I don't understand what the issue is. The other lady said, its already printed. Indicating the girl giving me a hard time should have just helped people in line. Keep in mind there was 5 people in line after me. Even when I left that black girl kept saying the item may be delayed in shipping because she thought it was not the original box. I never had issues before the last 15 years shipping stuff exactly like this: in packaged in ANY BOX and scan QR code. I told my mom and she was shocked that someone was giving me a hard time for her return like this considering she done it like this for years. I hope the owner sees this & has a conversation with that black employee.

    First, the bad reviews below were true. UPS closed the store and got new management then reopened. NOW the store is well managed and a great resource for our community. I have shipped many items and have received friendly and component service. I think UPS sets the prices. For expensive shipments, I check here and the USPS "If it fits, it ships" fixed price shipping. If you need things box and packaged this is the place. Also you can make many Amazon returns here at no cost and they even box it for you free when authorized by Amazon (you must get Amazon return authorization first!)

    Crappy customer experience. After waiting in line the woman behind the counter said “system is too slow to help” and to try and come back later. “So the system will be faster later?” “Yes, probably.” If the staff isn’t trained and doesn’t know what to do, don’t let them work there.
