The clerk assisted me with inserting packing slips into 2 boxes, which needed to be opened because I had taped them shut. This was my fault, however, she reprimanded me about needing to take extra time to help me. She told me that I couldn’t bring in boxes in the future needing this kind of assistance because they’re usually too busy; and my boxes should be ready to go in the future. As if that weren’t enough, she cautioned me to ‘not complain about it’ because I’m supposed to bring in everything ready. I’m not comfortable with coming here in the future.

Phil helped me recently and I had many returns to make. One of my returns needed to be packaged. Phil was very nice and gave me a bag and helped me packaged my return.
