I didn’t see her name tag but she was the only one working and it was very busy, at least 7+ customers walked in during this time. She handled each of the customers’ service very well on her own, directed those who were able to use the kiosk for self service, or asked us politely to wait for her, and even processed a passport service efficiently. I want to recognize her for her great communication and task management.

I am an Amazon shopper so I frequent the store abut three times a month. Whoever does the hiring for UPS in 3rd Street understands what “true customer service” is. Every employee with whom I have dealt with at the store is professional, knowledgeable, understanding of the value of customers, friendly, patient, and actually happy to be at work. It shows in the way the employee/s act with me and I see them acting w other customers. It is ALWAYS so pleasant to be in the store. Pure positive vibes. The store is always clean and organized. I know I have many choices when it comes to visiting a UPS store in San Jose. My choice will always be the UPS store in 3rd Street in San Jose. They have best customer service.
