They have self-service printing, but they tried to push me to use their service by asking me to email the files to their personal email so they could print them. When I sent the email, they said they didn’t receive it, and then they even gave me an attitude, asking if I was sure I knew how to send an email. I was like, really? A college student who doesn’t know how to send an email? After failing to solve the issue, he finally let me use the self-service machine. However, after logging in and being charged before printing, the machine ran out of paper. I asked for help, but he acted like I didn’t even exist. Truly frustrating and a complete waste of time. Please stay away — it completely ruined my day off.

I didn’t see her name tag but she was the only one working and it was very busy, at least 7+ customers walked in during this time. She handled each of the customers’ service very well on her own, directed those who were able to use the kiosk for self service, or asked us politely to wait for her, and even processed a passport service efficiently. I want to recognize her for her great communication and task management.
