When they saw that I had large packages, they immediately tried to overcharge me — nearly four times the normal price. It felt like they were trying to take advantage of me because they assumed I wouldn’t be able to return the items elsewhere. Their attitude was unfriendly, and they showed no willingness to assist or explain the costs properly. I left feeling frustrated and disrespected. I hope management takes this seriously and improves customer service.

If you are having a bad day, don’t take it out on your customers. I tried to explain my problem and she seemed annoyed. Update to response: if a customer is confused, please explain the difference without getting annoyed. Again, what bothered me was the rude demeanor of the person who answered the phone. There is no excuse for that.
