I brought two boxes that weren’t taped yet, and I was completely fine paying for the tape service. Instead of just telling me nicely, he snapped at me in a blaming tone saying, “You’d better go home and tape it yourself.” The way he talked to me was so disrespectful that it completely ruined my mood. I left feeling shocked and frustrated. If this is how they treat customers, I honestly don’t feel comfortable coming back here again.
