My husband went to return an amazon item, he did not have a box so he said he will buy one. She then told him he has to pay her $20 to pack it, my husband said he will pack it himself (it was literally 3 bottles he needed to put in a box). she told him thats not how it works and he HAS to pay her to pack it. i KNOW that is false and the most absurd BS I have ever heard. I have always packed my own box. Then she crumbled the shipping label and refused to be of any help.

Deepti helped me with a certified copy notary for VFS after a lot of go around from their end and it was submitted quickly and easily.

When I came, 3:50pm and I saw another 2 girls is standing at the door and I asked them why dont they go in? Are you in the line? And they said the man works in there said the store was closed!!!! And he kept standing inside at the cashier and yelled out. The business hours both at the door and Google show close at 4pm and why they already closed before 4pm? And another girl was very frustrated and asked to file a complaint and that man said yeah, go ahead, my name is ..., go and file complaint. IT IS TERRIBLE!!!! And when we about to leave, a few people came and asked why they closed earlier than their business hours. I NEVER come back here for sure.
