When I asked for the refund that UPS policy allows for delayed overnight shipments, the store said they “requested it” and that I would receive a refund check at my home address. It has been 4–5 months, and I never received any check. Every time I followed up at the store, they kept saying the check was “already dispatched” and promised to email me a copy—which I also never received. It feels like I’m being given the runaround, and no one is taking responsibility. Very poor customer service and zero accountability. I will avoid this location in the future and encourage others to do the same.

They are all always so friendly and knowledgeable. Been shipping from this location for 3+ years and will Always choose UPS because of them.

I have reported this store to the vendor and they have blacklisted.
