- KDKhanh DoDec 23, 20251.0I just send a package from SJ to KY couple of days ago. If I can give a 0 star I would. The staff in this UPS store are dishonest and deceitful. First, I paid high price for the package to deliver on time and it turn out they didn't do the delivering but instead USPS did, so the package delay more than 3 days. Secondly, they charged me $250 dollars for that package that only charge $100 at the USPS. If they mention to me that, I would just bring it to the USPS which is about a mile away. In the end, my package was late and they took $150 from me for service fee for carry my package 1 mile away. This is the lowest and worst UPS store ever, I did talked to them about the problem afterward and they told me they don't care. HORRIBLE STORE Please stay away. IF YOU ARE THE MANAGER OF THIS STORE AND READ THIS, PLEASE DO SOME TRAINING ABOUT MORAL.
