  I recently moved and visited several UPS locations, and this one was by far the best. On the day I visited, Jose and Jairo were working, and even though it was the end of their shift and they had been working all day, they were friendly, attentive, and handled everything quickly and accurately. Thanks to them, I felt comfortable and had a great experience as a customer. I’ll definitely keep coming back to this location!

  Friendly staff but absurd fee to print a shipping label. Other stores charge $1 or nothing. Lesson learned, but would not suggest this location

  Best UPS in the area. They get our labels printed and shipped with zero issue every time. Staff is always nice, quick, and know their systems well. I've been in here when the staff are getting berated by unruly customers, and they handle it like pros, still helping me and other customers out during the chaos. The store has AC and is always clean. I drive out of my way to go to this location due to EVERY other location near by being pure nightmare fuel. Thank you for the hard work and good management of your store, it is greatly appreciated and I truly hope it continues.

  Was on tour and the last date ended in Sacramento. I shipped my ATA case full of my audio equipment through this store. I was not offered insurance on the items even after declaring the amount that it's worth and they processed the payment transaction anyway (when I have always declared worth of the package I have always had insurance added after declaring because who the hell wouldn't want insurance on $6K worth of audio equipment?). When I received my package the entire bottom of the case was destroyed, a caster was torn off the bottom, the case was left sideways on my porch (when I specifically instructed to keep it on the casters and DO NOT ROTATE IT) and the entirety of the inside of the case was destroyed as well. Tried to contact the store via phone and email for a week with zero response and the only thing they did was refund me the cost of shipping, $355, when the entire rig was worth $6K. Awful store, don't go to it. God forbid you have to get ahold of them for any type of help on a shipment because THEY. DO. NOT. ANSWER. THEIR. PHONE. OR. EMAIL. You can't even leave a voicemail because their voicemail box is full and they obviously don't care or check and don't even attempt to have any ounce of customer service as well as the employees are either new or also don't care enough to offer the insurance and process payment without even considering doing what they're supposed to do. I've shipped my case multiple times and always declare the worth of the package and insurance is added. First time ever this has happened. Wish I could give 0 stars.
