She made my visit a lot easier, and I really appreciated her great customer service. However, I was very disappointed with the young female manager (I didn’t catch her name). She was being rude and unprofessional—both toward customers and her own team. Her behavior created a very uncomfortable atmosphere, which is unacceptable, especially for someone in a management role. I hope this issue is addressed, because employees like Carol deserve better leadership, and customers deserve to be treated with respect.

I’ve done this now 4 times and every time she hasn’t checked that box and my verification form for fafsa gets rejected. You would think that after the 3rd time I had to go in, she would realize and catch onto her mistake. But nope, and what really gets under my skin is the fact I paid for over night shipping plus the cost of the notary services which all together came out to $100. Despite doing everything right on my end my form STILL got rejected because of HER mistake. I also would like to add to that in terms of customer service they do a good job it’s just that this and the amount of times it’s happened and the cost behind it make it very hard to let go.
