So I’ve updated my review to 3 stars. This region of UPS is exceptionally consistent…ly awful. The drivers lie about trying to deliver packages over 80% of the time and I have to spend hours calling in to get to a human and get them to tell the driver to come back. I mean over 20x in 3 years. I have a GIANT sign on my mailbox that tells them I work at home about 4 feet from my front door. Nobody knocks, nobody steps onto my porch, and then I get a notice that they attempted delivery. It’s straight up fraud.
