I sent her a gift, paying for two-day shipping, but it arrived two weeks later, after my niece had already returned to South America. I requested that the gift be returned to me and that I be reimbursed for the shipping costs. They returned the gift, but only reimbursed me for half of the shipping cost after I had gone to UPS ten times. They always had an excuse for not reimbursing me the full shipping cost.

She's been there a while so she really knows what she's doing and always fast and efficient. Whether you're going to make Amazon returns or shipping something, this is your place. Also, the owner goes above and beyond to help. I'll never forget a time where my Amazon return was a bit heavy and he walked out to my car and helped me carry it in. That meant so much to me and I never forget the way that made me feel. Kudos for an amazing customer service!
