Best UPS store I've been to. Friendly service from pretty much everyone there, but especially Beatrice. She's been there a while so she really knows what she's doing and always fast and efficient. Whether you're going to make Amazon returns or shipping something, this is your place. Also, the owner goes above and beyond to help. I'll never forget a time where my Amazon return was a bit heavy and he walked out to my car and helped me carry it in. That meant so much to me and I never forget the way that made me feel. Kudos for an amazing customer service!

The owners and workers are great! What’s even better is that they’re open seven days a week.

They clearly have a serious staffing and scheduling problem. Saturday, the busiest time when most working people finally have time to visit the post office, and there’s only one employee working the entire shift. The result: an extremely long line stretching outside the building.
When I asked today, they confirmed that only one person was scheduled. And from my own experience, I’ve seen the same issue many weekends in a row. It’s poor planning and shows a lack of basic schedule management.
If they can put two or more people on shift during weekdays, why can’t they do the same on Saturdays, when demand is clearly higher? This location desperately needs better management of staff schedules to serve customers properly.
