  This was my first time visiting UPS, and it will definitely be my last. The cashier did not inform me that the price would increase if the declared value was changed. He told me everything would remain the same, so I agreed and provided an estimated amount. After I returned home, I realized the final charge was extremely high. If this had been explained beforehand, I would not have proceeded. While the cashier’s behavior was polite, the lack of clear pricing information made the experience disappointing. I was in a hurry and could not review everything in the store. I should have taken my items back and gone to USPS instead. The total cost here was $105, whereas I could have completed the same service at USPS for $70–$80. The lack of transparency was very frustrating. Please be clear for each of your customers.

  Fast and efficient service. The staff is always very kind and helpful. Accessible and trustworthy business. They go out of the way to help and facilitate printing and shipping needs. Returns from retailers are handled accurately. I recommend.

  I can’t say enough good things about this UPS store! As someone who ships a lot and frequently returns items, I always feel a little embarrassed by the number of packages I bring in, but the team here is so patient and professional, it’s never an issue. This is a family-owned business, and it shows in the care they take with each customer. The store is spotless and organized, which makes the whole experience feel smooth and stres free. It used to look older, but it’s been remodeled. On my last visit, I accidentally put the wrong shipping label on the wrong box. They didn’t just fix it they went above and beyond. They carefully checked my labels, took photos, printed new labels, and applied them to the correct boxes. I left feeling completely confident that my packages were in the right hands. Customer service here is awesome! If you’re looking for a UPS store where the staff genuinely cares about helping you, this is the place to go.
