As someone who ships a lot and frequently returns items, I always feel a little embarrassed by the number of packages I bring in, but the team here is so patient and professional, it’s never an issue. This is a family-owned business, and it shows in the care they take with each customer. The store is spotless and organized, which makes the whole experience feel smooth and stres free. It used to look older, but it’s been remodeled. On my last visit, I accidentally put the wrong shipping label on the wrong box. They didn’t just fix it they went above and beyond. They carefully checked my labels, took photos, printed new labels, and applied them to the correct boxes. I left feeling completely confident that my packages were in the right hands. I didnt know his name but thank you for being so kind and calm, thats what you call good customer service.
