  THIS PLACE IS A SCAM! Every service they offer is marked up or charged in a way to take advantage of the customer. First experience I had shipping a package within CA, I was quoted $55 for packaging and Ground speed shipping. Fedex with the same packaging and shipping speed is $22! The next time I came was to return an item from Amazon. I did not print the label at home so when I arrived I asked the associate to print the label for me and I would pay the $1-2 it would be (which is already unreasonably priced for a piece of paper with ink on it) to print the label. Instead I was instructed to rent their computer for $5/min, log on to my Amazon account and print the label myself which would cost an additional $1-2 on top of the computer rental fee! This review is intended for this specific UPS location. I have had great experiences dealing with other UPS locations in the bay area, but will definitely be staying away from this one.

  The UPS Store on Berryessa Rd is a reliable stop for shipping, printing, and document services. Staff are generally helpful and efficient, especially during weekday visits. The location is easy to find, tucked into the Safeway plaza with decent parking. Services like LiveScan, notary, and mailbox rentals are available, and the store is well-stocked with packing supplies. While it can get busy during lunch hours, the team does a good job keeping the line moving. We’ve used this location for both personal and business errands, and it’s consistently dependable. The environment is clean, and the staff are familiar with repeat customers. It’s a solid 4-star spot for everyday logistics.

  If I can rate this branch a zero star, I would! The sneaky male staff didn't explain that I would be paying $6.50 (versus 49 cents if did the printing myself) just for him to print 1 page of black and white paper.I felt scammed! I'm never gonna step in to this place EVER AGAIN!!!

  I went in to print forms. Instead of helping me I was sent to a computer to print myself with a charge to use the computer. The forms did not print out properly and came out with extra forms that I did not need, which I was charged for. I was told it would cost around $3 something walked out paying close to $9. I will never go back to this store again. They don't even deserve one star.
