As he was leaving the store walking towards the parking lot, he discovered he didn't have his phone. He immediately returned to the Amazon return counter inquiring about his phone. It only had been a few minutes but no one fessed up. His phone was stolen. The Employees there are dishonest. I would NOT recommend doing business with this Staples on Coleman near the airport.

- DJDoug JonesOct 10, 20254.0I really like this store and would give them a 5 but I think they are partially at fault. I purchased four 9V Batteries. At the check out the clerk said "this has been opened do you want me to tape it?" I said no and took the batteries. When I got home ready to use them I tested the batteries and none of them are good. Apparently a shopper replaced the four bad batteries for four good batteries (my theory). Anyway, I tossed the batteries and purchased new ones at a store near me. As I say, this is 90% my fault.
