I never got an update whether or not I would proceed to the interviewing stage. I’ve sent follow ups twice via email and text. I was ignored and just left wondering what happened. I would suggest the recruiters to have better communication and not be afraid to be fully transparent to candidates.

RECRUITER REFERRED ME 3 JOBS FOR WHICH I AGREED FOR MY RESUME TO BE SUBMITTED. RECRUITER NEVER GOT BACK TO ME INITIALLY WHEN I FOLLOWED UP ON THE POSITIONS. RECRUITER ONLY GOT BACK TO ME ONCE I WAS SPOKE TO A PERSON CLAIMING TO BE HIS MANAGER. WAS TOLD BY THE MANAGER THAT HE WAS THE BEST RECRUITER THEY HAD WHICH I FOUND SURPRISING BECAUSE THE RECRUITER HAD TOLD ME THAT HE HAD ONLY BEEN ON THE JOB FOR 6 MONTHS. THE RECRUITER ENDED UP MAKING A DECISION ON MY BEHALF FOR THE THREE POSITIONS HE SUBMITTED ME FOR INDICATING THAT HE FELT I WOULD GET BORED FOR THE POSITIONS. WHAT I FAILED TO UNDERSTAND IS WHY A DECISION WAS MADE ON BEHALF OF THE CLIENT. I HAVEN'T HEARD FROM HIM OR HIS TEAM.
