I was looking on the receipt that I got from FedEx Thailand and the address on it is right. I was confused and I called FedEx immediately the one that i spoke with name Abner, I was talking politely then he kept asking me the address that on label I ve told him multiple times my address and he kept saying it is not the same, I asked if I can pick up show the receipt that I have my ID even my birth certificate or anything I can confirm that’s me. And I can report the police to make it clear that I’m not scammer. He refuses and tries to blame that my mom put the address wrong , which is I saw that she printed exactly my address and gave to FedEx Thailand Khonkean Location that was sent onOct 29th . It’s not my moms and my fault at all if u guys FedEx employee made it all wrong . He just repeated the same for whole 20 minutes I got loud and louder when I heard the word “rule” They lost my sofa twice, I had to walk around my neighbors for 2 hrs bc they put on someone’s front door which is not even my house not even the address I’ve put on! But thanks for the photo showing that they totally put to the wrong address. And now they r trying to stick to the rules Can t believe that! I asked to talk to the manager and he still didn’t listen what I asked. I talk to the manager who is absolutely can HELP. Thanks **updated** I already picked up my package yesterday and NOTHING IS WRONG about my address that was wrote the package. I was more confused why would they say the address on label is incorrect like Hello read again please!! It s the exact same thing that I got the receipt from Thailand! Which is RIGHT address! You guys wasted my time and energy!
- SLSunny LuckyOct 17, 20251.0Since October 13th 2025 1:36pm no update on my package sanjose store manager incapable of handling employees and their communication the driver didn’t even update my package since then today is October 17th after I called to FedEx now got to wait till October 20 to get an update , hope some area r regional manager step up take some action about this particular store, if they want to run package delivery services business like this in a no time FedEx is an history watch Amazon how fast n quick response they are reliable n fast solvable.
