  They lost my package since January 22 and still no solution.i kept calling them and all they said,waiting pending ticket been created,my package value was over $1k and showing that it has not been delivered .

  Had to call customer service multiple times to get a package with a signature delivered to me. Driver just keeps leaving the "we missed you" stickers without even knocking. Worst delivery experience ever.

  I am extremely disappointed with FedEx’s delivery service and handling of my package. My shipment contained my wedding ring, which we needed for our wedding on January 23rd. The ring already took six weeks to be made and shipped, so timely and careful delivery was critical. FedEx claimed three delivery attempts were made. The first attempt was legitimate we were not home. However, the second attempt on Friday, January 16th, and the third attempt on Monday, January 19th were marked as failed deliveries by a driver named Kat. According to FedEx, she “attempted delivery,” yet we were home both times. No one called into our building, no doorbell was rung, and our building security cameras show that no delivery attempt was made at all. Despite this, FedEx marked the package as undeliverable and sent it for return to New Jersey. If we had not personally driven to two different FedEx facilities to track down the package, we would have lost our wedding ring and faced another six-week production delay. Only thanks to a helpful employee at another facility were we able to locate the package labeled “awaiting return.” This situation was completely unacceptable. A FedEx driver falsely logging delivery attempts caused unnecessary stress, wasted hours of our time, and nearly resulted in not having a wedding ring for our ceremony. When customers pay for expensive, time-sensitive shipments, they expect professional and honest service not negligence. I would like this incident escalated to a manager or supervisor, specifically regarding the driver Kat, whose failure to perform her job correctly directly caused this issue. FedEx needs to take accountability for this level of service.
