However, today, a lady who I had never met before, tried to charge me $30+ and asked me to use signature service. After I said no, she lowered the cost to $20+ and eventually $13. During the whole time, she didn't ask me about my request on the expected delivery date. I felt like that I was in a flea market, haggling over the price. I went to USPS for the shipping instead.

Eventually, they discovered their system had a problem. Was asked to come back againg. None of the employees tried to contact company support enquiring about the system glitch. I went to another nearly office and they processed my shipment in seconds.
