    Always excellent service here. The young man with glasses was so helpful and kind. I came in with some botched bday invitations and needed assistance, he was quick in helping me and just made the experience very pleasant. Will definitely be back to this location for all my printing needs!

    Poor customer service. Didn’t want to help and had a bad attitude making the customer feel Like they are bothering the staff by asking questions about their services in order to do business with them. Plus it had no wifi connection for a fed ex?

    They don’t care about your customer experience. Avoid if possible. I was here 10 minutes before the store closing and asked to print a label. The employee looked annoyed and told me he wouldn’t do it because getting an email takes 5-10 minutes and he needs to close. I have a hard time imagining how an email takes 10 minutes to arrive, will not be returning.

    The guy with glasses is extremely helpful and friendly truly rare to find service like this! The staff here makes the whole process easy and stress-free.

    There are still people who make you believe in the goodness of the world. Yesterday, my husband and I went to get a one-page print, and the staff there were incredibly polite and patient, helping us get our print done on time. I’ve visited other FedEx stores before, and often the staff seemed uninterested in helping, whether it was with printing issues or using the automatic printing machines. But here, we had a truly kind and professional experience. Thank you so much for your excellent service!
